Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Ads-pilot (the "Service") provided by Renka Inc. (the "Operator"). By using the Service, the user ("User") agrees to these Terms.

Article 1. Scope of Service

The User shall use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws of Japan. The Service is intended for individuals and legal entities who operate their own mobile-app advertising campaigns. The Operator may modify, add, or remove features of the Service without prior notice.

Article 2. Prohibited Activities

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following:

  • Acts that violate applicable law or public order and morals.
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or any other act that compromises security.
  • Disclosing or selling information obtained through the Service to any third party without authorization.
  • Infringing on the rights or interests of other Users, the Operator, or third parties.
  • Any other act that the Operator determines to be inappropriate.

Article 3. Disclaimer

The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content of the Service. Advertising data displayed in the Service is dependent on APIs of connected platforms and may reflect delays or discrepancies. The User uses the Service at their own responsibility, and the Operator disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Service. The Operator is not liable for service outages caused by specification changes or failures of connected platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads).

Article 4. Modification or Suspension

The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, technical, or other reasonable operational reasons. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

Article 5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Operator or the respective rightful owners. The User shall not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the Service without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Article 6. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms as necessary. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms or use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
