Privacy Policy

Renka Inc. ("the Operator") operates Ads-pilot ("the Service"), a unified advertising performance dashboard for mobile applications. This Privacy Policy describes how the Operator handles information obtained through the Service.

1. Information Collected

The Service may collect the following information:

  • Name, email address, and message content entered through the contact form.
  • Service usage data such as access logs, IP address, browser information, referrer URL, and operating system.
  • Advertising metrics retrieved via official APIs of connected platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Moloco) and attribution data retrieved via Adjust.

2. Purpose of Use

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To respond to inquiries.
  • To analyze usage and improve quality.
  • To detect and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Handling of Google Ads API Data

Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is used solely to display and aggregate campaign performance for Google Ads accounts explicitly authorized by the Operator. The Service may additionally issue budget updates and campaign status changes via the Google Ads API, but only when explicitly initiated by an authenticated Operator from within the Service. Data obtained via the Google Ads API is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and is stored encrypted at rest in Google BigQuery under the Operator's own Google Cloud project.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage patterns. Analytics data is aggregated in anonymized form and is not used to identify individuals. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, but some features of the Service may become unavailable.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Operator does not disclose personal information to third parties except when required by law or with the user's consent. Necessary operational processing may be delegated to cloud service providers (such as Google Cloud) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Management

The Operator takes reasonable security measures to prevent loss, leakage, alteration, or destruction of the information collected. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, and is promptly deleted when no longer needed.
